These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WoodsEdge Farm Weddings and Events website and services. By visiting our website, scheduling a tour, or booking our venue, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

WoodsEdge Farm Weddings and Events provides event venue rentals and related services as described on our website and in your rental agreement. Specific services, inclusions, rates, and policies are determined at the time of booking and outlined in your contract.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed only after a signed rental agreement and required booking retainer have been received.

Final payment schedules, amounts, and accepted payment methods are detailed in your rental agreement.

All rates are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.

Any refund eligibility, rescheduling options, or force majeure provisions are governed by the terms of your rental agreement.

4. Use of the Property

You agree to use the WoodsEdge Farm property, buildings, furnishings, and grounds responsibly and in accordance with your rental agreement.

You are responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings, equipment, or property caused by you, your guests, or your vendors during the rental period.

Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings on the property.

5. Photography and Marketing

WoodsEdge Farm Weddings and Events may photograph or record video of the venue and property when prepared for events for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for your event to be photographed or shared, you must notify us in writing prior to your event date.

6. Liability

WoodsEdge Farm Weddings and Events is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that occurs during your event or while using our services, except as required by law.

7. Website Use

All original text, design elements, and branding on this website are the property of WoodsEdge Farm Weddings and Events and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Photographs are the property of their respective photographers and are used with permission.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a way that interferes with its operation or security.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
